BRAND, PACKAGING & WEBSITE DESIGN
It was such an honour to join Bon & Rose’s journey from the beginning, and work with them to develop the brand’s identity. Visually, it was important to set Bon & Rose apart from the “bubblegum-colour” brands already on the market, and create something that felt more sophisticated, as well as rooted in its place and story. We commissioned local artist, Emily Profit, to capture illustrations of the farm’s landscape and meadows; the farm and family are a big part of the story, with the Hampshire countryside inspiring flavours and providing the fresh, seasonal and local ingredients that go into the gelato.
With the branding in place, I went on to design the gelato packaging and signage, as well as a Squarespace website with commerce functionality. The packaging is evolving as the brand grows, and I’m looking forward to continuing the journey with them as a new gelato season approaches.
